After work, this place is overcrowed and very noisy, pepoel are getting stuck in front of those machines. Some of them get addicted and loose all their money. That place belong to the local mafia "Yakusa". A kind of gentle agreement between police and mafia - No troubles on a streets, no crime, no roberry and you close your your eyes on my buziness..
